Refund Policy


We do not offer credit, refunds, or replacements for orders not picked up!

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pick up within 3 days of the "your order is ready for pick-up" notification.

Due to the shelf life of the juice, we will  attempt (up to 2 attempts) to contact the purchaser within the grace period above before we dispose of the order!  Please be sure to provide correct and accurate contact information, including a phone number at time of purchase.
